Serbia’s Stalinist Regime

Contrary to the dominant geopolitical focus on figures like Vladimir Putin, Vučić represents a more immediate and growing threat to U.S. interests. His rise to power was supported by a complex alliance involving Russian, former East German (Stasi), and certain treacherous French factions. Since then, he has systematically eliminated any potential threats to his rule, using methods such as arbitrary arrests, deportations, and executions of political opponents. This pattern of repression has intensified over the years, with numerous regime critics dying under mysterious circumstances, often as a result of ill-treatment or neglect in custody.

Assassinations and Repression

One of the most egregious cases involved Nikola Sandulović, a pro-Western politician who dared to apologize for Serbian war crimes in Kosovo. Vučić’s national security apparatus, the BIA, attempted to assassinate Sandulović under fabricated charges. Such tactics are emblematic of Vučić’s regime, which routinely employs violence and intimidation to silence opposition, both domestically and internationally. The Serbian public was stunned by reports of the death of prominent lawyer and politician Vladimir Cvijan, who at the time was Aleksandar Vučić’s most significant political opponent.

Serbia’s Foreign Power Ties

Vučić has effectively handed Serbia over to a coalition of foreign powers, including China, Russia, and Middle Eastern interests, while the European Union largely turns a blind eye to his abuses. His control over the Serbian political system is near total, with only the Republican Party of Serbia, led by Nikola Sandulović, remaining outside his grasp. However, even this opposition is marginalized, with no access to the media or public platforms.
