The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is amending the Belarus Sanctions Regulations and reissuing them in their entirety. This regulatory amendment is currently available for public inspection with the Federal Register and will take effect upon publication in the Federal Register on March 27, 2023.

OFAC is also publishing an alert, “Sanctions Risks Associated with Provision of Jet Fuel to the Burmese Military.”
